This is a semi-automatic vertical honing machine used for honing various cylinder liner bores and other precision bores.(special order should be made for processing blind holes).

 

Roughness Ra 0.4 and dimensional accuracy grade IT7 can be obtained.

 

Honing diameter ranges between  50--200mm. The Max. length of work piece is 1000mm.

 

This machine electric system equipped with PC control system, and 2- station hydraulic worktable facilitates loading and unloading of workpiece which makes it very efficient.
